		PRICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Prices 1) Advertising and Corporate All costs may be estimated in advance and in some instances projects may be contractually flat rated, including time and all expenses. 2) Editorial All editorial fees and expenses are set in conference with the individual publications in advance of the photography as per extablished practices. 3) Artists and Artisans We have always given artists and artisans a rate we feel is fair to them and still enables us to deliver the highest quality representations of their various works. 4) Black and White Portraits Portraiture is in a category by itself and the fee is determined by the booking. A portrait session consists of one principal subject or group. The addition of other subjects after the principal session will be considered a new session and subject to additional fees. The negativesare for the use only of the subject or his or her's agent and will remain under the control of the photographer for five years from the date of the original session. Color portraits are available as a separate booking. • Terms and conditions Terms are normally, net on delivery or the receipt of our invoice. A deposit of up to 50% may be required for photography that is heavily weighted with excessive materials and/or other costs. With rare exceptions all images created for our clients are delivered for the client's broad usage as described in the client agreement or on the invoice.
